Nigel had been studying in Paris where he entered into the wine world. He has been working with different wine merchants, including Altaya, CitySuper and Watson’s Wine Cellar. He contributed articles regularly in the Capital magazine and is the guest tutor of the wine club of the Hong Kong Baptist University, formerly Wine Head of Hotel Icon. Nigel said he is not a heavy drinker but he likes to get slightly drunk. He likes Chambolle-Musigny from Burgundy and classic Barolo from Italy.
Nigel曾留學於巴黎，亦因此與葡萄酒結下不解之緣，他先後任職於不同酒商，包括Altaya、City’Super和Watson’s Wine Cellar，並當上《Capital》雜誌業餘專欄作家和香港浸會大學葡萄酒學會客席助教，曾任 Hotel Icon 葡萄酒總監。Nigel自我形容為酒量不佳但喜歡適度酗酒，特別鍾愛法國勃艮第的Chambolle-Musigny和意大利的舊派Barolo。
