Gon studied Hotel Management in Switzerland and previously worked at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong and the Royal Garden Hotel. He is now working in H One as a sommelier who specializes in food and wine matching with his unique perception. He worked in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel seven years ago and began his wine journey since then. During his study and work, he learnt about wine and was able to taste a great variety of wines.

Gon曾留學於瑞士,修讀酒店管理課程,回港後先後於麗嘉酒店及帝苑酒店工作,現為餐廳H One的品酒師,憑著多年的經驗和熱誠對美酒佳餚的搭配特別有心得。Gon於大約七年前於麗嘉酒店工作的時候愛上葡萄酒,也在學習上、工作上不斷加深認識及接觸葡萄酒,越來越被這種神之水滴所吸引。
