Danny is a recognized member of Hong Kong Sommelier Association. He is now the Assistant Chief Sommelier/ Assistant Bar Manager of American Club. He had worked at St. Betty as Sommelier. Also, he had worked in “Church St. Enotica” Italian one Hat Restaurant in Melbourne Australia for a year, where he entered into the world of wines and fell in love with Australian wines. He is studying the WSET Diploma Level 4.
作為香港品酒師協會認可會員，Danny持有香港葡萄酒教育中心第三級，現於美國會任職助理品酒師，亦曾於Betty’s Kitchen任職品酒師。曾於澳洲墨爾本「Church St. Enotica」意大利餐廳工作一年，亦是他認識葡萄酒和鍾情於澳洲葡萄酒的地方。Danny現正修讀WSET文憑第四級。
