Daniele is a journalist and wine expert. He turned his love for great food and wine into his profession after finishing his master degree. He teaches wine tasting and analysis for the Italian Sommeliers’ Association (AIS) as well as lecturing to wine trade professionals. He has won various prizes and Decanter Magazine has included him as “50 Most Influential People in the Wine World”.
